Check-in

Check in time is 3:00pm; this is necessary to allow us adequate time to properly clean you’re Lodge before you’re arrival.  If you arrive early, we welcome you to relax in our coffee shop.

Check-out

Check out time is 10:00am.  It is necessary for us to strictly adhere to this time frame as we need to prepare for our new arrivals.

Respecting others

After 11pm we insist that noise level is kept to a minimum so as not to disturb others.

Cleaning

The lodge should be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Pets

We regret that we do not have the facility to accommodate pets.

Smoking

We do not allow smoking inside the lodges, however there is your own private garden area if you should wish to smoke.

Deposits

Deposits are required to reserve you’re stay with us.  Below are the required deposits:

25% of total to confirm booking with balance paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Our receipts of you’re deposit guarantees you’re reservation.  In turn you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.  Should you need to cancel, we will refund you’re deposit less a £60 handling fee only if notified within 60 days prior to arrival.  If you are unable to give us 60 days notice, we will make every effort to book you’re space to another party. If we are successful, only then will you receive a refund minus £60 handling fee.

Payment

You are expected to pay for the time you reserve whether or not you are able to stay the entire time. We do accept all major debit and credit cards.  If you pay by credit card there will be a 2.8% surcharge payable.
